Can I add peaches to vanilla ice cream?
I was trying to think of peach ice cream. I have a lot of fresh peaches that need to be used, and I have some vanilla ice cream, what can I do with these two for them to mesh well?

but how much of the ingredient would I need if I just wanted to make enough for one
The recipe sounds great. I wouldn’t waste my time making it for one. The recipe says 4 peaches serve 8 people. So for one, you could use about 1 tsp. butter, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 peach, 1 tsp. orange liquer and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream. If you have lots of peaches to use up, why not make a bigger batch and freeze it in smaller portions? Then, you can have it even after peach season is over.
